THE FOUNDATION PROGRAM
My foundation program allows me to lay out the FOUNDATION you need in order to have success on your health and fitness journey.

I create a custom meal guide based on the foods you LOVE. A lot of times, we just get on a crazy diet and that only sets us up for failure so I make sure you are happy with the meals you are eating as well as progressing properly. That makes it easier to stick with so quicker results.

I create a custom workout guide based on your goals. This is beyond important! So many people jump around to different exercises with no real strategy behind it. That can leave you with a disappointing result... of still not reaching your goal. 

I also do weekly check-ins. This way I can be sure you are progressing properly, staying motivated and holding you accountable so you can actually accomplish your dream body.

Q: Who is one-on-one nutrition coaching for?
A: I am trained to work with and teach clients from the fit, frail, overweight and health challenged all to achieve their fat loss goals. As your coach, I will create a customized plan that fits around your schedule, is easy for you to follow and will help you reach your goals. Whatever your goals may be, I will create a system that will get you results. This program works for women of all ages with all goals, provided you’re determined, committed, and willing to follow your plan and trust the process.

Q: Can I do my custom plan from home?
A: Yes, many of my clients prefer to train from home rather than the gym. I highly recommend bands and dumbbells for at home workout plans. 

Q: Can I follow my workout plan at the gym?
A: Yes, if you prefer training at the gym I will design your plan accordingly. If  have any limitations or preferred machines just let me know when filing your new client questionnaire. 

Q: Can I contact you whenever?
A: Yes! That's what I'm here for! Any questions! Any time! 

Q: How long do I need to train for on your plans? How many days?
A: It's up to you! I want this to fit your schedule! 

Q: Can I have cheat meals?
A: Yes depending on goals, I allows 1-2 cheat meals a week! By utilizing the benefits of a “Flexible Dieting” approach to nutrition you will no longer be a slave to the same old bland food choices. NO FOOD IS OFF LIMITS with this program.

Q: How is this custom?
A: That's a great question! Once you complete your purchase you fill out a super detailed questionnaire. I use your responses to create custom solution tailored to your specific needs and goals! 

Q: Can I cancel my plan anytime?

Yes you can. Simply email me at info@trainwithtana.com and I'll take care of it. Please note, if you were provided an updated meal/training plan at the beginning of the month (or whichever day your billing cycle begins) your plan will be cancelled by the end of that 30 day period. This means no refund will be provided if you've already received your customized plan for the current 30 day window. Creating a customized plan based on your personalized questionnaire and/or monthly progress updates takes a significant amount of time. For this reason, please send your cancellation request prior to the end of your 30 day cycle/renewal time in order to cancel your monthly subscription payments. If you purchased this plan at a discounted, or promotion price, all sales are final and no refund will be given. Please submit your cancellation request prior to your next billing cycle if you wish to cancel.

Q: How often will my nutrition plan be updated?
A: The best situation is where a client is compliant to her plan and following everything 100%. If this is the case, you can expect nutrition to be adjusted weekly or bi-weekly based on progress of measurements, photos, biofeedback.
